Went out today for fathers dinner at the outback on McKinley. We were sharing our food with our four year old daughter who loves mashed potatoes. however today sue choked on them due to having skins mixed in. I asked the manager if he could make some without the skin and he did. He was concerned about our daughter and made sure she was OK. He didn't charge us either. Absolutely love the great customer service we received today!!!
Tonight I got a "newbee". She was not ready to be on her own. The food was good, once we finally got served. Maybe it will be better next time.
The food was great once we got our meal, but the service was slow. The restaurant was not packed the greeter wanted to sit us by the kitchen. We passed all these empty tables and I finally said can we sit at another table. Maybe that's why it took along time to get our food. The food was awesome and it was hot when it was placed on the table.
The food was wonderful. The staff was attentive. The waitress we had was excellent. I forgot to write her name down. She gave us directions to Roswell and some local happening.
Excellent food and service every visit.
