I love JC Penney's at the McKinley Mall in Hamburg. It is Always clean and the clothes are displayed well. The workers are always very nice and very helpful. I buy all my husband's & grandsons clothes there. They have a good selection for women also. They are the main store for me and my family.
Clean and pleasent, it was difficult to browse the swim wear as customers had mixed everything up. Trying to find sizes was difficult. Staff however were great.
I found the men's department to be in total disarray making it very hard to shop. I couldn't find the dress shirts for tall men. The tables were so messy, I gave up. I did find some of what I wanted, but no dress shirts. I hope that next time I go back to JCP it is neater or I will do my shopping on line
