Laura, from Lockport now at McKinley Mall, is great to work with, so is Dave from the warehouse. I had issues with a chair and delivery but they did a great job making me a happy customer. I will recommend her to work with, just don't call Jim at Lockport he is not friendly at all. Long story but I will not air it here because they did a great job rectifying all of the problems.
SLEEPING MANAGER!
Drove an 1 hour and 45 mintues to visit this store because we called ahead and they said that they had the mattress I wanted to purchase today. Went to this store on July 16, 2016 and THE STORE MANAGER WAS SLEEPING ON A BED!!!!
After driving all the way back home, steaming, I called to find out who the manager's boss was and Ray wouldn't tell me who I could talk to to file an official complaint against him. Ray refused to give me his last name or the name of his supervisor. I will find out Ray! I am not dropping this. Absolute worst customer service in this store I have ever experienced anywhere!!!! DON"T GO HERE!
Like literally SLEEPING!!!! NO LIE. Fast asleep. Ray, who I found out was the manager of the store, had to be woken up by Robert, the other employee. That's after they got us to drive almost 2 hours there for a lie! When we got there to look at the mattress, Robert did the ol' used car salesman trick....."I can get you into one of these" deals. We got there and Robert tried telling us he just sold the mattress right from the store, right before we walked in. LIE! Like I don't know you don't sell display models. Are you kidding me? He told us the people carried the mattress out of the store!!!!! SERIOUSLY? There wasn't even a space where the mattress was for crying out loud.
I guess one take away was they know their product because it obviously was comfortable. When Robert woke him up he stretched like he was sleeping for quite a long time. AMAZING!
