Terrible service, took my truck in to have alignment done after putting brand new front end on truck. I noticed a loud smacking noise in the front driver side, noticed the bolt for upper control arm was very loose. So I took my truck back their and they had to change the bolt out for a new one. They stated it must've stripped out during reassembly and was unable to tighten the bolt back up. I'm not a tech but pretty familiar with working on cars/trucks. I would say it prolly was ruined due to not tightening the bolt back up, having the bolt move around the bracket. Maybe if their techs would look over their work. Very lucky upper control arm bolt didn't break!!!! The second time my truck was aligned, it was pulling to the right immediately after realignment as well the steering wheel was way off to the right. They do a great job, fast and great with customers. I can't figure out how they get the tire smell into the customer waiting area.
Came for an alignment, but started talking about how I wanted to upgrade my tires to something more aggressive, and Ben was extraordinarily helpful with helping me figure out what tires would properly fit my newly lifted Subaru Outback. Will be back for my tires very soon! Thanks guys !
Will never again do business with. Service manager said he couldn't sell me 2 tires for the front of my car, without doing the rears... fronts were bald. Rears would pass N.Y.S.I.. He said we are not worried about you going but are about you stopping.... How does that figure? Front wheels are 70% of your stopping power... total BS....
